can't imagine why a woman would want all the gawking and wolf whistles []etcetera], but if so, it should be her right, at least to have that choice and any other concerning her own person

Yes it should, else a woman who has to breast feed must hide in some corner and it would be unfair to the women/girls to deny them going topless only because they dont happen to be with a baby.

It went legal in my city a few years ago, and it is no biggie deal at all. At oudoor concerts and such women here like to walk around baring their torsoes, and why shouldn't they? Mammory glands are a reality. I haven't seen any soccer moms in "full swing" at the supermarket. In other words, allowing bared breasts has not changed the social protocol all that much. I vote YES.

i think we should all be allowed to go around naked if we want to.. clothing can be uncomfortable.. heck, we're all born naked.. and humans are the only species that invent laws requiring clothing.
and gee, what's the big deal about naked breasts? (or a naked penis for that matter).. we all have them geeze..
