On your Federal Return absolutely NOT. You should look at the IRS website publication 78. This publication is available at IRS.GOV and lists all charities that are eligible for tax deductible contributions.

There may be a state or two that still allows some level of deduction for political contributions. I can say that NY, NJ and CT do not allow them. (NJ for that matter is a "Gross Income" state and does not allow any deductions.)

Political contributions are not deductible from Federal income tax. A few states used to offer state tax credits for political contributions.
