Dress nice! We really don't like your pants hanging around your knees. DOn't be sloppy. Honestly, put a little care into your shower time. Don't just wash your hair, condition it too. Use some good products for your skin. Brush your teeth. Smell good; clean. Then walk with confidence, straight, tall and make eye contact. Smile. Make us feel special, we will send it back ten fold. Beliive in yourself, be honest to yoiurself, accept that this is the only body or face that you will ever have so be proud of the design that is unique to you. Then you will see how hot you are yourself and it will transend to others.
Character is not something you can buy in a bottle or put on like a shirt, it is earned by the indavidual and shines like a brilliant star that none have ever seen or could have imagined.

Fashion wise, it depends on the girl. Some go for the GQ thing, some for the gangsta' thing, some for the emo thing. What kind of girl are you trying to attract the attention of.
