When does someone go to the level 2 on this Q&A.
That is when you can rate other peoples answers?

If you daily answer all the questions in your limit, and vote your limit, and only ask a few questions, you can get to level two on the third day after joining answers!
Day 1) 100 points for joining, + 40 for answering 20 questions, +20 for voting on 20 questions, and 1 for visiting, = 161
Day 2) +40 for answering 20 questions, +20 for voting on 20 questions, + 1 for visiting = 222
Day 3) +40 for answering 20 questions, which brings you to level 2, and gives you a new higher limit.

If you click on the number beside the word "level" it will tell you how many points you need to advance to each level. It will also tell you how many points you get for answering questions, asking questions, haveing best answers, ect...

you have to get up to 250 points to advance to the 2nd level.
