The fleur de lis hoodie Beyonce wore in her video Irreplaceable was from her fashion line House of Deron. But the jacket isn't in stock because she only made a limited amount and edition of them. try ebay

They are being sold on Ebay. They are going for about $250-350. Just type Dereon in the search field. They are sold out just about everywhere. But you can try 2 stores, D.E.M.O and Man Alive.
