Star Wars, because it redefined movies everywhere, was the first movie to openly use computer special effects and because of its story. Additionally, the movie has the rare ability to grip the viewer and make him cry or shout when something happens to the protagonist. The movie also forces the reader to dream about space and consider how vast the universe is.

I really enjoyed The Lord of the Rings. This trilogy has all the makings of a great move: great plot, good characters, action, costumes and special effects. It is one of the view movies I have watched more than once.
