Well to start you need to get FireFox, it helps against viruses much better than Internet Explorer. Next, you can try opening Norton Antivirus, which if you already had it should have reported the virus and asked you if you wanted to destroy it. If all else fails, shut down your computer and restart it up. Then Try and open your Antivirus software again.

If all else fails, you should pony up and buy a commerical-grade spyware scanner. I have used all of the free scanners, and sometimes they work, but sometimes they don't.
When it comes to commerical-grade scanners, I prefer XoftspySE. It is simple to use and does a fantastic job of finding problems and repairing them. You can download a free scan here:
http://www.bestspywarereport.com/xoftspy
The scan will let you know what you are infected with. You have to pay for the software to get it removed. If you have a lot of infections and are not technical, its worth the cash to get it over with. And if it doesn't work, Xoftspy will refund your money with no backtalk.
Good luck!

Oh my goodness... that video demands a few style of "white noise" caution! Lol. There had been simply SO many screaming fangirls! And if that is what they sound like reside, then I suspect there is a few liberal use of Pro Tools on their album. EDIT: Somewhere I Belong: I can sympathize, I reside there too. Who allow them to in, besides? Lol

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.
