The "I wouldn't be Caught Dead wearing that" ==== bright purple (ugly) skirt with ugly patches. a size-too-small white "blouse" (make it nerdy/ugly". Too-small knee highs (have them go about 4 inches below the knee (ugly pattern=bonus points!). Shoes : sparkly red shoes (like dorothy's..you can get them at target)
