"Princess Bride" will make you laugh out loud. It is so much better than the movie and the little side comments from the narrator will keep you rolling in the aisle. My husband thought I was crazy. :)

Anything by Chuck Palahniuk. All his books are very short and dangerously funny. You wont be disappointed.
Check out: Fight Club, Choke, Lullaby, Diary, Haunted, Invisible Monsters, ect. All are great. My favorite is Choke.
The Southern Vampire Series by Charlaine Harris is very entertaining and funny as well.

Try the "Stephanie Plum" series by Janet Evanovich for some light, make-you-laugh-out-loud, reading. It's a mystery, adventure series.
I also recommend anything by David Sedaris. "Me Talk Pretty One Day", "Naked, "Dress your Family in Denim..." They're all really great, funny, reflective essays.

If you are a dog lover then read "Marley and Me" by John Grogan. I can't count how many times I was laughing out loud and wanted to read a part to anyone around.

"Truckers" by Tadd Williams, or for some black humour try "The Corrections" by Jonathan Franzen
