yes dont worry bout it sometimes the blood flow is so intense that it kind of throbs but it shouldnt feel like it is goin to explode

At one time or another I suspect every normal guy has a really intense erection or three. It might be form lack of sex or from excess stimulation (mental or physical). So, just relax and enjoy it (where enjoy = masturbate).
