I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! We used to go rent movies at $4, and then they were always late, ringing up another $20 in late fees. So, instead of doing that, we spend that same $24 and get about 20 movies! It really is fast delivery, about one day there & back. We have 4 people, so everyone has their own list, and gets what they want. I have NEVER had a problem w/customer service. In fact, one dvd didnt play, and they sent me a replacement before I even sent the bad one back. They also sell used movies for cheap. I do recomend a locking mailbox, because you dont want to be a target for theives.

I use it and it is pretty good. The movies that my hubby and I want are generally always available when we want them and we can control the movie queue so that we get each movie in the order we want them. It usually takes them a day or two to get the movie back and then they send one out right after they receive it and we get it the next day. I would suggest if you like to watch movies that you go for the two at a time unlimited plan because on weekends and holidays when the post office is closed you can find yourself without a movie. That is when it's good to have two out so that you can always have something to watch.

It's nice too because there are no late fees so you can procrastinate about throwing them in a mailbox and returning them if you want to. I always hated the late fees at the video store. This is a much cheaper option and now they have alot of different plans to choose from...We only get one out at a time because we have alot of premium channels we pay for on tv as it is so we just want to be able to see new releases sooner...

Hope this helped...

I usually like it...except for the time I tried to get The Devil Wears Prada a few weeks ago. It came, I put it in the DVD player...it didn't work because of a giant scratch. Sent it back, got it again...it arrived in the package broken in half. Got it a third (!) time, and it worked...but little things like how the disks sometimes don't work are a problem. Of course, you get that from Blockbuster as well, so it's not like it's a fixable problem.

I just joined and I'm really impressed with how fast they are. I mailed my first movie back on Tuesday. They had received it and sent out my next movie on Wednesday. The movies fit in my PO box, which may not be a big deal for most people, but it's important to me because I pick up my mail after hours.

I have been using Nexflix since December 2002. I have never had a problem with the movies. And I get to see all the movies I want to see. It is great!!

I've been a member for a little over a year, and I personally love it. It's much better than going to the store all the time, and cheaper.

Netflix is awesome. You'd be badly mistaken not to try it. the selection is great and the films come quickly.

I was a member...but currently I am not. It's not worth the money put into it. You can keep the DVD as long as you like...but if you don't return it...you won't get the next one!!!

I've had it since they started and although the pricing is good, their turn around is HORRENDOUS!!!!

There is a FIVE DAY WAIT from when you mail back your discs to when they mail you your new ones.

It's not worth it.
