you need to see your gynocologist.

You are protected under HIPPA (Health Information Privacy Protection Act). Your doctor cannot disclose any information to anyone unless you authorize it.

However, you may want to tell your mother. You do not need to tell her you are not a virgin, but you do need to ask her about the discharge. Maybe it is normal for women in your family to have a discharge like that. Or maybe she had the same problem when she was your age and she maybe able to help you.

No, a gyno cannot tell your mother if you're not a virgin unless you give him or her permission because of patient confidentiality laws. Since you're sexually active, you need to see a gyno anyway. A doctor can help you better than I can.

It seems like you need to see your Gyn, sometimes wearing thongs all the time or very tight pants causes abnormal discharges. There is some imbalance there. Oh and a doctor can never tell anyone anything you tell them. Just ask him/her not to tell. They understand.

My dr. told me that a discharge is normal. But a smelly one is not. Did you show it to your dr.? Be sure and go back and tell your dr. that the meds aren't working. As far as your boyfriend going downtown, I would not let him. Distract him if you need to but I would avoid it! And Dr.'s can't tell your mom your NOT a virgin. It's against the law.

A dr can't tell your parent's anything if you are over a certain age, which you are. Once you are 15 drs and pharmacys can't disclose your health information it is againts the privacy practices.
