No-one but herself could answer that question. Anorexia ia a mental illness that no one would be able to know of except her. You see, there are many different illnesses that could cause someone to be skinny. One othere is Bihlemia inwhich the person does not like their personal apearrance so they make themself throw-up after each meal. You could die from these diseases. There is also the fact that she could have a high mutabulism or that she dosnt eat enough. There are many different ways someone would be skinny and the only person with an answer to that is her herself. If you want to know my opinion, then I don't think she is, but that's just me. =]
