In reality theres a very small percentage of women who CAN experience multiple orgasms. We are all different, and have orgasms differently, as opposed to the basic, obvious passing of a males orgasm, heh..
Some women might feel multiple orgasms, and some might feel a build up of sensations and then a sudden BURST, or orgasm.
Many women CANNOT have orgasms one after another quickly - I.E. if youre having sex, and the female experiences an orgasm before the male, she might need to stop for a second, and then continue. In that situation, its quite possible she could come again.

many women can't even experience one orgasm not to mention multiple. it takes a lot longer for a woman to reach orgasm ...thats why you need lots of foreplay and a lot of clitoral stimulation.... why don't you have sex.... and then when you are done.... stimulate her ......and then in 20 minutes or so you can be ready again and then she can possibly have another

Multiple O's are not unheard of, but they are not very common.
