No, if you are on birthcontrol it will not make a pregnancy test result positively. However, if you are pregnant and actively on birth control, then yes, the test will result positively because it's a urine test. Blood test are more effective though.
If you take birth control while being pregnant your child is at risk for birth defects, but it's not 100%. The length of time you are on the birth control will play a role to the level of risk.

As long as you quit taking the birth control as soon as you found out you are pregnant the baby should be fine. A pregnancy test will not be affected by the pill or any other form of birth control.

No, the birth control pill does not effect a pregnancy test. Taking birth control pills is not harmful to the baby, although you should stop taking them once you realize that you are pregnant.
