Absolutely Yes- it's a scam. There are lots of them going about trying to get your bank details with the promise of rewards.
Don't trust them and NEVER give your bank details to anyone!

YESSSSS!!!!!!! They are asking for your bank account number. You can kiss your life's saving goodbye if you give it to them!! A fee like this can be wired. Hope this helps.
