If your application got you the interview then there must be something about you that has already impressed them.. try your best to continue this through.
I'm afraid I know nothing about the profession but you must have previous experience... think of all the good experiences that you have had before that have made you feel confident in this role. Try and bring these to your mind just before the interview and remind yourself that you are fully capable of doing this job.
It is also a good idea to think up a few examples of the usual questions... i.e. remember a time when you have had to deal with a difficult customer, how did you go about it, what was the outcome.... or how would you respond to certain scenarios... try and think of a few possible scenarios that would require you to take some kind of action.. It is always useful to have a few answers prepared in your mind in case they ask those kind of questions.
Main points of any interview are to be genuine...e.g. casual smile... eye contact (but not too much) and mostly be confident... if you are not sure of yourself then they wont be either...
good luck

same as any interview. Read up about the company, shake hands, make eye contact, use open body gestures (dont sit with your arms folded, its a non-verbal barrier), smile, dont try and crack any jokes, be polite, informed about the job, absolutely dont mention diana/dodi.
have an answer to the following question ... 'why do you want to work at Harrods' Mosy employers ask it, and obviously you cant just say because of the money, or anything like that. Think of a good answer as its a pretty common question to be asked at any interview.

No we wouldn't mind, seeing you at Harrod's--but BEHIND the jewelry counter, not IN FRONT!

1) "Do you speak English?"
2) "Can you write/type understandable English?"
3) "You do believe Prince Phillip arranged for my son and Diana to be killed - don't you?"

Just be yourself and do your best.
Looking at website first to familiarise yourself with the set-up is a good idea.
