if your question is actually- what is GHOST, then you're probably referring to Norton GHOST. which is a hard drive back up tool. You can either get it from purchasing from a retail electronics store, from symantec.com or by illegally downloading it.

I assume you mean the program Norton Ghost. Norton Ghost is a program that will allow you to make an image of your hard drive and save it so that you can restore your hard drive exactly like it was when you created the image in the event that your hard drive crashes or gets corrupted. Pretty good program. There are a lot of programs now that will do the same thing, like Altaris etc...
