Don't you mean gallons per mile? There is no way to tell if your car is that old. You can look up what it was originally rated for but now any guess is good.

I had a 90 Olds 88 with a 3800 engine that got around 30 on the road, 24 to 25 around town.
Your century has a 3300?.....I would expect 25 to 26 road, 22 to 23 around town. A little less if it has a 4 cylinder.
