Someone has used my name (without permission) in the sourcecode of a pornographic web page along with other person's names and famous figures. These names were lifted off a petition which ranks highly with a Google search with my name. The page uses nonsensical sentences with these names apparently to avoid porn filters.
I did a whois and looked up the site on godaddy.com, and have emailed the email address listed and called (on Skype) the phone number listed (which is in Chad). There is no response to the email and the phone number does not exist.
What do I do to get my name removed from the source code of this page? Who can help me?

I forgot to mention that my location of residence is also given with my name. There is certainly no one else in the same county with my name -- the source code thus singles me out.

Plus there's the fact that for two pages, all the results that yield my first and last name together as one name, are things that I've done online.
