How do I transfer images from my Razr v3 to my pc?

Question

I have a cable that connects the phone to my computer, but I can't get the pictures off my phone.

I should add that I am not signed up for the service that allows me to e-mail unlimited pictures to myself and would like to be able to do this without spending money every time I want to download a picture.

you should send it to your email. that is what i do and it works.
then after sending it to your email then save it to your computer. next if you want to print it out, go right ahead.
