Well, Pac Sun has cute stuff, or maybe you can try Aeropostale, which is kind of like Hollister-meets-Abercrombie. Also, I really like Urban Outfitters for cool, quirky stuff.

I would try Hollister or Abercrombie. If she doesnt usually wear those brands though, get American Eagle because its less preppy/ name-brand-ish and more diverse. Pretty much everyone likes AE. Or you could try Aeropostale.
