25,000 mile`s , Get yourself a piece of rope 25,000 miles long and tie it to you gate post then set off walking one direction only but it is upto you wich you take .
then after a long walk ( i reckon about 10 year`s ) you will end up exactly where you started from !

The circumference of the earth at the equator is 24,901.55 miles (40,075.16 kilometers). The diameter at the equator, as Intrepid states, is 7,926.41 miles (12,756.32 kilometers). If you measure the earth through the poles the diameter is a bit shorter - 7,901 miles (12,715.43 km).
