Take care of your woman first--whether it's foreplay, oral, whatever--make sure she's taken care of. That way, if you orgasm too soon, your chic won't be mad that she didn't get anything out of it ;) he he... Just my opinion...

Something with a mild anesthetic should work, but there are also exercises that you can do.
During masturbation, go until you feel that you're about to orgasm, stop, squeeze the head of your penis and calm down just enough so that you don't feel that you're going to ejaculate, then continue masturbating. Repeat this twice more, the fourth time, let yourself come. At least that's what sex therapists recommend doing.

Durex sell a line of condoms called 'performa' which contain a VERY mild anaesthetic in the head of the condom.
Try Those.
Alternatively masturbate before sex and it should help you last a bit longer.
