The one I grew up watching had Ash, Misty and Brock together along with Jessie and James. Not sure of the formal name though...

There's Pokemon which kept that name until they went to Johto then there was the following:

Pokemon Johto Journeys
Pokemon Johto League Champions
Pokemon Master Quest
Pokemon Advanced
Pokemon Advanced Challenge
Pokemon Advanced Battle
Pokemon Battle Frontier

In most cases, they just end up changing the seasonal title whenever a season's 52 episodes are up.

There's also Pokemon Chronicles but it's not really part of any actual season - though.

The one with Ash, Misty and Brock were from "Pokemon" all the way to and including "Pokemon Master Quest."
