can someone explain... why the pseudo-swearing in Battlestar Galactica?

is it not the frackin' stupidest thing on tv? did this continue past season one? Smiddy just couldn't take it anymore and stopped watching.

Yes, it did continue: BSG's in season three and "frak" is still the word of the day. It's because of the censors. But BSG's moving to Sunday nights at 10, so this might loosen the hold a little.

The pseudo swearing in Battlestar shows the constant evolution of language. Do you think that the swear words we use today are ones that were in use 500 years ago??
