Has 24 season 6 been aired anywhere in the world yet?

Rumours have been circling that it is already on the internet, so i was wondering if it has been aired or leaked.

Not yet, there has been a DVD release of the first four episodes, but I am rather vague about the particulars. As this is the case I would expect it to have been leaked,
