I confided in her that I was going to leave my spouse and she told him. I ended up not leaving my spouse, but I am afraid to tell her anything else. We have a great time when we go out, but it doesnt feel right becuase I am scared to tell her anything, afraid that it might get back to anyone else. Sometimes girls just need to share things with their best friends. What should I do?

just get over that one time and if she does it agian then try to talk it out and see why she is doing this and then if she still continues then she is not a very good friend is she?

Don't you think that is kind of a large betrayal? Telling your husband something that bad. Isn't she supposed to support YOU. You should probably not tell those kind of things so casually to your friend... your husband is a better place to go to fix your marriage, but it crossed the line. If you haven't told her that it made you angry and mad and also sad about your friendship than you aren't doing either one of you any favors. Let her apologize.. sincerely... and then you can decide if you can let it go and hang out with her. But always be careful of what you tell her. Know the limit of your friendship until she really proves she can be trusted. This is how friendships go and also human nature.

It's really hard to have a friendship with someone you can't trust. Although you can hang out but you really must watch what you say. If you don't want anyone to know buy a journal and find a indestructible safe with a key.

ask her why she told him...maybe she told him becuz she felt that u were making a wrong move and wanted him to know so that he and u could work things out...
if u ask her and she truely is ur bestfriend, she probably had a good reason in mind for telling and once that is out of the way then maybe u can continue with ur relationship like before:)

I would continue to be friend's but,I would'nt share any information with her that you don't want anyone else to know.She has betrayed you once she will do it again.
