haha, noooo way, first cause austin wont come back 2 wrestle again, not even once, cause he doesnt have a good relationship with vince, and second because both of them are good characters, and good characters dont usually face each other. can i be the best answer?lol

Not gonna happen.
I suspect that both will be involved in WM23, but very likely far, far, far away from each other.
Austin will likely be a high profile referee (such as for the WWE Championship) or something a little more hands on and storyline oriented for Austin. He could ever come in for a short run as a GM leading up to WrestleMania.
IF Hogan wrestles, it will probably be against the Big Show. The atmosphere of the match being in Detroit 20 years after Hogan/Andre IS too much to pass up IMO.

Don't think it will ever happen. Hogan is for it but Austin is not. Not sure why but possibly Austin does not want to do a job for Hogan.

That might never happen. They are both basically retired from wrestling and WM23 is too big of an event for 2 legends to go at it. They are both faces the fans won't know who to root for. Why don't we lower it to Wrestlemania 15? Please make me best answer I'm new sorta.
