If you already filled in the spaces for the test you did take (SAT), DO NOT fill in the spaces for a test you DID NOT take. Put N/A for your ACT scores.
I can almost guarantee that anyone filling out an application incorrectly will NOT get accepted (unless they're ).

The best people to ask would be the Admissions office. Most likely this would be the TOEFL score if you were required to take it - in which case the answer would be n/a for native speakers. I would suggest calling the school you are applying to and ask; but first check the fine print on the application packet and see if there's an explanatory note you might have missed.

If you already filled in the blanks for verbal and writing, and there's a separate blank asking for English, it does sound like it's the subject test. I'm sure if you read it more closely it will become clear. Are there blanks for any other subject tests?
That or that's the section for ACT scores, not SAT.

That could be the verbal and writing score combined. I'm not familiar with the term "English Score" when talking about the SAT

english score is the total overall of the english part, then their is the math part. You should have received 2 scores. Like 400 and 450 or something. Which would mean you got a 850. But its divided into 2 sections math and english.

The English score measures your understanding of the intricacies of the English language. It's important for "them" to know this. If you're not proficient in English you could have lots of trouble on the college/university level.

If you are talking about sending the scores to a school for college admissions don't worry about it.
Anything else, I don't know what you mean.
