S/he is a person who is sincerely interested in what you are doing and what you have to say, a person who makes time for friends, who puts others first, at least some of the time. A person with a warm personality is kind, and cares about other people. You can feel their warmth when you are with them or around them. They always make people feel welcome and wanted.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking - if you're asking for words or traits, but I like the Enneagram work by Russ Hudson and Don Riso. You're describing an average to healthy 2 personality - or giver.

The Enneagram describes 9 different personality types and most people also have "wings" meaning that most 2's also have some traits of perfectionists or achievers (1's and 3's respectively).

Some famous two's - Fred Rogers, Princess Diana - you get the idea. They are genuinely concerned about others, genuinely friendly, they want to take care of everyone. They love helping people and spending time with people. They love to make sure everyone feels appreciated even though they often feel unappreciated themself.

Then, of course, there are the instinctual varients. These are sort of the sub-types. Different sub-types have different degrees of "warmness" for the two. I think of it as sort of the way people show up in the world.
