At 12 years you are limited as to what you can do to make money. Have you checked with family and neighbors about watching children, walking dogs or yard work. (I would also wonder why you need money FAST.)
Good luck - remember that you will be working until you are 66+ and don't really need to start working until 16 or 17.

get a paper route and deliver the papers really fast

Ask your parents #1 they may have some suggestions.
You might can do some extra chores around the house like clean out the garage, basement, offer to cook dinner or do something that is not normally on your "to do" list.
