Well, during football/soccer games, how do the players communicate? Take for example, Italian and German. Italian comes from Latin but not German. So there has to be a common language all players must know--at least the basics! So yeah, the most widely-spoken language in the world is English. Cuz if you put it another way, them refs would have to speak a buncha languages. So i'm pretty sure most footballers speak English. So if that answers your question.... good for you!

I don't really know if he can speak fluently but Fabio do speak some degree of English. It's not uncommon for Italian to speak some English.
U might have seen it but in this video fabi sings in English, xP proves that he can at least pronounce properly
