Ok for the -4,6,8 and 2 you have to...
-4+6=2
2+8=10
10-2=8

next....
5,3,1 and 6 you have to...
5x6=30
30-3=27
27-1=26

With the 4, 6, 8, and 2 you can divide 8 by 2 and get 4. Subtract 4 from 6 and get 2. Multiply it by the remaining 4 and get 8.

9x7=63-3=60 divide by 2=30
