I don't answer many wrestling questions but I will answer this one.
Aside from the entertainment part, Kurt Angle wrestled most of the top wrestlers on both shows heads up clean and beat them all. No scripts nor staged planning.
He put a number of them in the ankle lock and they gave up within 2 seconds of having it applied. When that is applied correctly you STOP! The pain is shot up directly to the brain and it's beyond excruciating. When he applies it on the show, he's not doing it properly nor in full force. Trust me.
Pound per pound Angle is the best wrestler on either show.

The most technically proficient wrestler in WWE history is Kurt Angle by quite a large margin. He's obviously on the TNA roster now but for sheer technical ability he is head and shoulders above any other wrestler in WWE history. This fact was even admitted recently by Chris Benoit who revealed that Kurt had beaten every superstar on the roster in backstage shoot fights, the only person to even trouble him was the Big Show (Paul Wight), due to his vast size but even so Kurt was victorious.

The most talented wrestler is either John Cena or the Undertaker
Cena is known for his strength and Undertaker is Known for is ability to never quit. But One wrestler who I feel is the hardest to beet destroyed both these men His nAME IS the Great Khali.

TRIPLEEEEEE H, its not batista or cena. they just change the good and bad characters everyday, remember the day u all hated batista?????? and HHH is the best, even if u go 2 google, u can see that HHH's salary is the highest, batista salary is like 830000 a year, undertaker is about 1,000,000 but HHH is 2,000,000. hes the highest paid superstar. omg, WWE is so cheap, the highest paid superstar is 2,000,000. thats like the lowest in nba

Currently, I would say the best WWE wrestler is Triple H, even though he is sidelined with a quad injury. All time though, I would have to say Hulk Hogan, even though my personal favorite is Stone Cold Steve Austin.

I would have to say that Cena and batista are made to look good if u look for someone with wrestling ability it would have to be Gregory Helms, Matt Hardy Jeff Hardy.
