it is possible, there is a library file that itunes has. so just rename the one, and then you can create another one. i dont know where you would find the file, but my itunes said something about adding a library once so i just clicked on the file.

My son and I each have one library together. I don't think there is another way to have 2 separate ones.

Having two seperate user accounts on the machine will let you have two libraries.
