I lose the erection just by opening the condom..and then it makes me look bad!

I suspect you already know the answer to this one. Yes, it is normal to lose an erection when you feel required to wear a condom.

it's normal, and that's why so many guys refuse to use condoms! problematic, but thank you for being responsible enough to be using them. try using a little bit bigger size or a textured one, the ribbed kind feel good for both sexes and help maintain an erection. the condom companies also make a penis "ring" that goes on after the condom at the base of the penis and vibrates, that also helps!! so give those a try!

Yes, I've lost erections just opening the package...but practice makes perfect. I've also found that the better I know the partner, the less likely this is to happen.
Do yourself a favor and preactice getting OK with condom use...it's worth it.

Dude, make sure you buy the right size condom first off. Then try different styles like Trojans Heat Sensations or Ultra Thin to get more feeling between her and yourself. Besides, if you don't wear a condom, you might get something you hate even more than NOT wearing a condom!

I have known men that were like that. It is all in your head. You don't WANT to have to use a condom. It is like she is requiring you to do something. So you loose your erection. Practice and get larger condoms, hope you don't get her knocked up or get an STD that won't go away with penicillin, or just don't have sex and stick to Rosey Palmer and her 4 sisters.

No, it is not normal. Sorry dude, but you are not a real man. A real man has no problem maintaing an erection regardless of the scenario. Period. Tausha87, your boyfriend is not a real man. Dump him.

Yeah, you're not the only one. They suck. Totally.
If you must, just stick w/ a larger sized lubricated thin one. and practice getting it on fast
Also, you should stick it in as fast as possible after putting on and don't stop except to quickly change positions.

So, don't have sex and you don't have to worry about pregnancy, STD's or it not being enjoyable.
