You sir are correct. You need a locking differential or a limited slip. You can buy a locker for 3-400 at most speed equipment suppliers. They are not difficult to install since they are only replacing the spider gears.

Hard to believe - does it have 'traction control'? The anti-spin might be incorporated electronically - using brakes, just like anti-lock brakes, the wheel that spins might be slowed by the brake on one side. But I don't know for sure - you'd think the dealer would.
