I watched this a couple of days ago.

Don't expect to find it for a while on youtube (or at least long enough to watch them) they will all be taken down either by the company of Hana Yori Dango or the subber.
However, you can download a low quality and english-subbed version of the first episode on this website (megaupload):

By the way, you'll really love watching it! In my opinion it's better than the first.
