I just saw this movie the other day. I thought it was really great. It's kinda in the category of scifi like Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind or Vanilla Sky. It was so sad when he saw that 1979 penny!!! People who saw the movie will know what i'm talking about. I just really liked the story and it is now one of my new favorites...Just curious if anyone else has seen it and liked it?

This is one of my all time favorite movies. When my husband and were married, my wedding dress was similar to the white dress Jayne Seymor wore and my husband wore clothes similar to Christopher Reeves character. It's a very romantic and sad movie. I've often wondered what could have happened if he had not pulled the penny out of his pocket.

That was filmed at the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island in Michigan.
Jayne Seymour and Christopher Reeve star--excellent romantic drama. Makes the ladies cry--no doubt.

I do like that movie, but it's been a while since I saw it. It really is heartbreaking. My dad used to have the soundtrack and I always wondered what the movie was. I finally saw the movie about 10 years ago.

If its the one with Christopher Reeves, I have seen it. I didn't like it too much, but all my female relatives and acquaintances loved it. I would label it a chick-flick I suppose.

i agree it was a great movie. it was filmed at the grand hotel on mackinnaw island in michigan and i live in michigan so its kind of a must see
