Seriously: A witch (boy or girl), from an historical POV, is counter-culture, in tune with nature and independent in spirit & "power" VS the generic "valley girl" (or boy), who is all about culture, being "in", "it", or kool, and gains "power" only through the belief that he or she is projecting the correct image.
