Hmmm. Some people have sworn up and down that the house I live in now is haunted. There is blood outside the door of the master bedroom. All kinds of random freaky noises. When you go into my office sometimes, it smells like a musty, dusty old museum (it was only built in '99). My sister has seen a ghost. I have no idea if anyone was murdered here...it doesn't bother me enough to move. But if you told me that a house I was considering moving into was the scene of a murder, then shhyeahh, I'd RUN screaming in the other direction!

Didn't stop the people that bought OJ Simpson's House.

But the Peterson (Lacy) house was bought and sold again since she was killed. Apparently the first buyer got tired of people stopping by to look at the house.

My fiance and I rent a unit (which we still currently live in) after a year there a neighbour told us the previous tenant killed himself in there. He had no friends so no one found him for a couple of weeks until his son came around and found him dead (and rotting...)
Now I know why we had such fresh, new carpet when we moved in... I knew there must've been a catch!
It hasn't put me off though, in fact I wouldn't care if he was haunting it, I don't believe in ghosts.

Is the police tape still up and the chalk outline still fresh on the carpet?

Seriously (if that's possible), yeah, I think it would unless the place were gutted (no pun intended) and remodeled.

It probably would. Actually I believe there's a law that they have to disclose that information to you before you buy a house!

Only if they can't explain the huge red puddle in the garage, or why that rope is still tied there.

Defintely.....There probably would be a VERY angry ghost that would be haunting the house!

I'd avoid the house, if I were you!
