If u wanna booty, RUN! It gives u 1. As far as the boobs go, they are composed of mostly fat, the problem is when u get 2 big and wanna lose weight, the boobs go 2. I suggest inplants. Its easier 2 gain then 2 lose

drink protein shakes twice a day a long with your regular meals. however, don't get carried away. you don't want to turn into a fat a$$. and it's alot harder to lose weight than it is to gain

eat more junk food little debbies,
go to walmart or GNC and get a weight gainer milk shake, and weight gainer bars
i will also give you some of my fat.. i hate it
