Start by putting all the change from your pocket or purse into a jar - think positive, make it a big jar tucked out of sight. You won't miss it (unless you beg for a living - in which case that change is your paycheck) and it will start to add up. In time count it and wrap it yourself (that saves the 10% those machines charge) then go open a savings account. Start over again etc etc. Find a bank that will accept small deposits without a penalty. You gotta make the first step no matter how small it seems.

If you have no bank account, no plan and you cannot spell then I wonder about you.

First, get an education, that will assist you in making more money, hopefully.

Second go down to a bank and open an account. Sometimes, they do offer penny saver accounts where you can open an account with a dollar.

Third, start reading books (from the library if you can't afford to buy them) and work on a plan.

The "what the ?" portion makes no sense...so I can't help you there.
