I personally have more expensive taste... but i can still find less expensive things at Urban Outfitters, which has a great selection of amazing brands including Lacoste, Free People and Lux. Also Delias is good if your looking for a more alternative look, but sometimes they have really cute sweater there that are less edgy. Also like others said H and M is great for that... especially large locations like in NYC or other large cities becuase they have an enormous selection. I saw on MTV Gwen Stefani bought three dresses at the NYC location of H and M
