we all can write our own

As others have already said, there is no ONE book titled "The Book of Shadows".
Each witch creates his/her own book of shadows that contains their own personal spells, meditations, incantations etc.
It's also a very personal and private book, so you'll never see a real book of shadows on anyone's coffee table lol.
If you are getting your knowledge and subsequent questions from tv shows or the movie's, you'd be much better off googling for your answers than believing what you see on the screen.

There is no one Book of Shadows. Witches create their own Books. And Charmed is just a tv show.

yes i have my Own book of shadows..
A book of shadows is created by the Witch her or himself to put there spells ETC in

i have the one from the show.... well.. its saved to my computer... it prints off on about 15-20 (if not more) pages...
