I want to know if it is ok to take both at the same time. I am having stress and concentration issues. I just started school so I want to be the best I can.

Maybe it is time to see a doctor. Ginko biloba does very little, if anything, contrary to what health stores want you to believe. St Johns wart could be giving you problems as well. Stop taking herbal medications, avoid caffeine (even soda as that is loaded with caffeine), don't smoke and exercise regularly. You'll be surprised how the stress level will drop.

Yes. Just not at the same time.

St. John's wort with food.

Ginko between meals.

Good luck!

generally there shouldnt be a problem taking both at the same time: you might find St Johns better to take in the evening as it might have a soothing effect to help sleep better, and ginkgo in the morning ro early afternoon to help the focus or concentration when you need it.
i've prescribed ginkgo to a lot of people and had great feedback...good luck with study!
