Well there isn't really a wrong answer to this question - it's just a matter of opinion. But I think you wrote 'No Oasis' in the question because you knew that they would be mentioned by the vast majority of posters - I have to admit that I instantly thought of 'Morning Glory'! So maybe it was the greatest in the 90's - It certainly was successful and had a big impact on British Music - I can only think of one other album that in my opinion had a greater impact and that would be 'Nevermind' by Nirvana (whether that impact was positive or not is debatable!)

Radioheads OK computer by a thousand miles. It influenced the way popular music could and would be conceived into the millennium. Jeff Buckley's 'Grace' was a tragically outstanding 'one off' album too and deserves a mention!
