NEVER give out personal information like that over the internet unless you are on a secured website where you're purchasing something.
The sight you're talking about is just a scam. Read the fine print, it probably says they'll charge your cell phone $4.99 per month and then everytime they send you a text message it'll be another fee. Always read the fine print.
