Why the hell would you want to? Why not go for someone who likes you?
You can't make a person care for you. this isn`t Hogwarts; there is no magic love spell or trick that will make someone fall head over heels.

I don't know how and I don't know why you would want someone who doesn't like you. Couples are usually brought together by mutual attraction and admiration. This is lacking here.

Forget it. If he doesn't like you, why would you want him? Further, if you get him, he will use you for sex and then forget you exist. Move on and find someone else who does like you.

Simply put, ignore him and act totally uninterested in him. If he's at all interested in you, then he'll want to chase you.

if he acts like he likes you then maybey he actually REALLY likes you and doesnt know how to express it. kick him in the nuts and spit in his cereal that worked for me.

Make yourself likable... By changing appearence/ personality/ what you do and to make him like you be like him more... Personally I wouldnt change for anyone!
